My Rosehip Oil Story

Inspired by the ease and simplicity of the California lifestyle, I set out to create a clean, yet effective product with as few ingredients as possible. I discovered the power of natural ingredients for skincare and aromatherapy at a young age, growing up off the coast in Carmel, not too far from Big Sur, where I was inspired by the healing power of plants.

I'm a self-taught chemist, and Thomas Grove is rooted in thoughtful formulations and minimalist ingredients. Using my father's first name and my mother's maiden name, I launched the line in 2020 with my debut product, The Facial Oil.

Five years later, in 2025, Thomas Grove introduced its second product: the Toning Body Oil. Developed with the same philosophy of simplicity, efficacy, and intentional ingredients, it was created to deeply nourish and hydrate the skin while gently stimulating circulation with warming botanicals, a natural extension of my belief that skincare should be both beautiful and effective.
